- Estimates Only: Any treatment costs mentioned are estimates. A definitive fee can only be determined after a complete examination by one of our doctors. For major treatment, we recommend submitting a pre-determination to your insurance for a more accurate estimate of coverage.
- Insurance: We are an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans, but we are happy to submit claims to your insurance on your behalf as a courtesy. This means we do not have a direct contract with any insurance company (excluding Medicaid, HMK, and HMK+, which we do not accept).
- Shine Savings Membership: For patients without insurance, we offer an in-house "Shine Savings Membership" which provides savings on most services for a low monthly payment.
- Payment Options: We accept major credit cards and offer third-party financing options such as Cherry.
