*new hygienists get extended time during their first six months while they're adjusting to a new schedule.  Seasoned hygienists always have an hour with each patient and 1.5 hrs. with new patients.

Growth is a huge part of our culture.  We are looking for like-minded, forward-thinking individuals that enjoy learning new things and finding ways to enrich the patient experience. Because of this we have quarterly trainings/team building opportunities as well as annual team trips.  Our 2024 trip will take place in September in beautiful Asheville, NC!
